The past 10 years Jennifer has managed my rental homes and all aspects from new leases, monthly financial reports, communications, tenants satisfaction, property inspection, and reporting which have been top notch. A very important skill she has is the ability to rapidly and thoroughly vet new tenants. Out of the 5 homes she has managed for me, 3 have the original tenant (7 to 10 years) and the other 2 were quickly released. Her communication, attention to detail, and solution recommendation when dealing with issues is outstanding.
